Tammi Lee Porter

Tammi Lee Porter, 56, unexpectedly passed away at her home on March 21st, 2026.

Tammi spent 16 years working for Mount Vernon School District where she touched the hearts of many, supported and cheered on all her students.

Tammi was an amazing mother to her two daughters, a soon to be grandmother, and an amazing wife.

She loved gardening, canning goods such as jams, spending time with her daughters, shopping, cuddling with her dog, Daisy, and spending evenings watching her and her husband’s favorite shows together.

Her smile and laugh were contagious and would brighten anyone’s day. She had a way of making everyone feel comfortable and special in her life. She was and always will be loved by many.

Tammi is survived by her two daughters, Taylor and Katelyn, and her husband Andrew Porter.
