Burnell Alexander was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on August 4, 1946. He was raised by Hilda and Henry Alexander.
After High School, he joined the New Orleans Police Department. Burnell then changed careers and moved to work on the railroad. The railroad gave him an opportunity for advancement, and he eventually moved to Seattle, Washington.
After Burnell retired, he met Kumiko at church and they soon married.
In retirement, he completed his CDL training and took on driving jobs with buses and shuttle vans for Microsoft.
Burnell had great social skills. These qualities helped a great deal in his work with the railroad and driving buses and shuttle vans. No one was a stranger to Burnell. He cared about people and wanted to support others as much as possible.
Burnell was a son, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. And he was a husband to Kumiko.
He loved to sing karaoke and enjoyed traveling with Kumiko on her worldwide business trips. He was a foody and would try anything regarding food.
Burnell was friendly, outgoing and made people feel comforted and supported. He made the world a better place.
