Albert Dominic Pioli

Al Pioli went to be with our Lord July 4th. He was born in Seneca Falls, NY May 9th 1931. He joined the Air force at 17 and was stationed at Paine Field, Everett when he met Sylvia (Earl) Hendrickson and had 8 children. Later in life he married Donna (Fields) Pioli and gained 6 more children. Donna and Al just celebrated 30 years of marriage. He was proceeded in death by his Parents Luigi Pioli and Josephine Giovannetti, 9 brothers and sisters and 1 grandson. He is survived by his wife Donna, brother Lou Pioli, children Rene' Pioli, Angela Pioli, Debbie (Ralph) Lloyd, Sandi (Steve) Youngren, Lora (Jim) Robinson, Brenda Wharton, Matt (Ginger) Pioli and Gina Blondin, 26 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. 6 stepchildren, Carrie, Cathleen, Amie, Rob, Anne, Terrie and their families and many nieces and nephews. Al was a man of many talents and was well known in the community. His greatest accomplishment, besides his family, was being one of the first ordained married deacons and served St. Mary Magdalen Parish and other churches for many years. He also had the honor of serving on the Pastorial staff at Providence Hospital. While serving at St. Mary Magdalen and working at Everett Community College he had the opportunity to help many people and developed long lasting friendships. His door was always open to those in need. He will be remembered for his love, advice, compassion and jokes. We miss you already Dad. There will be a viewing Friday July 13th from 12:00 to 5:00 at Solie Funeral Home and Mass at St. Mary Magdalen Church Saturday July 14th at 1:30 pm with reception following in the church hall.
